Evening meeting at Quail Park Shannon Ranch

Sonia Mehrmand from Story Corps, our program for our first regular Friday night meeting.

Lion past president Craig Wheaton lead the meeting today in Lion president Arron’s absence and called on Lion Melinda to lead us in saluting the flag, Lion Pat to lead us in singing the God Bless America, and Lion Bob Line to do the invocation.

Lion Craig did not ask anyone to be a secret greater tonight so he paid $5, which he felt would be more than the secret greater would have brought in if he had of remembered.

Today’s Program

Sonia Mehrmand was our guest again tonight. I say again because this was the second time she has been a guest at our club. She is with Story Corps, a orgazation who brings together people with different views and has them get to know each other through a series of questions. She showed us two short videos of our own Lions Craig and Arron going through the process.
