Announcements

Annual golf tournament May 13th at Plaza Park. The first committee meeting was held on Wednesday. The meeting consisted of Betty, Brent, and Roy. One decision that was made was to have the event catered by the golf club this year (Tacos)  instead of doing the food ourselves. It was determined that doing the food took a lot of work for not a lot of savings. We also sent around a signup sheet to start getting volunteers. If anyone would like to volunteer please text or call Betty at 510-909-3598 We still have many slots that need to be filled that day.

Our main need right now is to get sponsors. We will have a sheet detailing the sponsorships that are available so that members can take them to prospects soon.

The next golf committee meeting will be Wednesday, Feb 9th at 5:30 at Lion Roy’s studio on Main St. (115 W. Main) Want to be on the golf committee? Text Roy at 559-289-2382 and let him know.
